I am an experienced IT professional responsible for managing our organization’s technology systems. I handle various roles, including being a System Admin, Office 365 Admin, and Power Platform admin (using PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI). My job involves making sure all our tech systems work smoothly. I oversee important software components like ERP systems (MS Dynamic GP, MS CRM, and SharePoint), manage user accounts, and ensure our data is safe. In my Office 365 Admin role, I improve our teamwork and communication tools, using platforms like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. I also use Power Platform tools to create efficient solutions. I design user-friendly apps with PowerApps, automate tasks with Power Automate, organize data in SharePoint Online, and create visual reports in Power BI. My skills not only include understanding these technical tools but also aligning them with our business goals.
